The adventure and inspiration place “Nākotnes Park” is located in the Gluda parish of Jelgava municipality – the place where the famous Soviet-era kolkhoz “Nākotne” was located in the last century.

“Future Park” offers an educational and exciting guided tour that will appeal to junior and high school students, boys and girls, and adults!

This is not a museum visit, but a trip back in time!

On the tour, everyone will be able to take the pilot’s seat in a real An-2 aircraft (listed as a Military Heritage Site in 2024 https://militaryheritagetourism.info/lv/military/sites/view/934?0), climb into an old fire engine, try on a cosmonaut helmet, see the most expensive Soviet-era TV set, lie down in an old dentist’s chair and see a collection of old mopeds and motorcycles. And that’s not all! Have an adventure in the “Future Park” antiquities repository “Time Machine”!

Tasting

The two-hour tour also includes a tasting of healthy and delicious products from the Latvian manufacturer Nordcrunch Ltd. During the tasting, you can learn about the production process and taste the newest and most up-to-date products on the Latvian and foreign markets. The products can be purchased during the tour and every working day from 9:00-17:00.
