Natural vegetable processing in various forms is created every day in Raunas, a small town of cultural history on the northern edge of the Vidzeme Highlands. In our daily diet, it is not always enough to know the good nutritional value of vegetables, because everyone likes to snack, so Zane Krēsliņa-Plētiena, the owner of SIA Latnature, has been working for several years on processing and processing vegetables into natural snacks. One of the first products was natural crisps, made by drying vegetables in a slow process, with natural spices, but the ideas were soon followed by vegetable biscuits, fruit rolls and vegetable truffles. The owner also has a quiet talent for creating sinless pastries and fresh cocktails. There is always something tasty to eat on the farm and treat the children, relatives, friends and neighbours too, on holidays and everyday!
