Your workshop will be hosted by Caps! Ilze, a professional chocolatier who speaks fluent Latvian, English and Russian. Ilze will share all the secrets of chocolate with great enthusiasm and help each participant create their own delicious work of art.
In addition, Caps! Chocolate House you can always taste freshly baked and fermented delicacies – butter croissants with various fillings, sweet and savoury tarts, cakes and tarts, as well as delicious fruit and seed breads.

In this family masterclass, parents and children paint their own chocolate bar (black, milk or white), decorate it with candied fruit, nuts and various loose fruits, and work together to create a collection of 20 fruit-berry truffles.
