The permanent exhibition in the cultural and historical centre “Līču mājas” guides visitors through the most important turning points in the fate of Kārsava and its surroundings. Archaeology, the development of manor houses, the impact of the railway, market traditions, the thriving pre-war town – these are some of the stops through which visitors will be able to better understand what Kārsava is and what its people are like.
