The New Castle of Sigulda and its exposition invite schoolchildren to explore the unique pearl of Latvian national romanticism interior, where a special atmosphere prevails.

The castle was built in neo-Gothic style at the end of the 19th century and has been preserved to this day as an architectural monument of national importance.

During a visit to the castle exhibition, schoolchildren have the opportunity to learn about the history of the Latvian state in the 20th century and the enormous contribution made by the old masters of art of the time to the Latvian National Romanticism interior, which has been carefully restored and made available for visitors to see. Everyone has the opportunity to build their own castle and learn historical facts about Sigulda and its surroundings through a digital game.
