The “Water Rose” blooms most magnificently at night!

The idea behind the fountain’s appearance was conceived by artist Ivars Vecāns. The technological solution for the implementation of the idea and the design of the fountain was developed by the company “Aquedukts”, professional fountain equipment from the German factory “OASE” was used for the production of the fountain.
