In December 2017, the project resulted in the creation of the Baltinava Historical Centre Square. In the centre of the square, a sculpture “Calendar of Seasons” has been installed, symbolising the connection of the inhabitants of Baltinava district with nature and the main business in the district – agriculture. The newly created environmental object is a symbolic gift to every citizen and to the country as a whole, honouring the centenary of the Republic of Latvia.
