The City Garden is located in the oldest part of Kuldīga, the site of the former residence of the Livonian Order and later the Dukes of Courland. The water reservoir with a fountain has been restored, pedestrian paths and beautiful greenery have been created, a gazebo and viewing areas have been built.

The park features 22 sculptures by sculptor Livija Rezevska.
