A class excursion to the Eagle is a great opportunity for students to spend a day outdoors, explore nature, get hands-on and experience something out of the ordinary together. DARINTAVA offers a ready-made excursion programme combining an educational walk, a creative jewellery workshop and delicious pancakes in one day.
This programme is suitable for groups of pupils who want to have fun, but also to work, feel like a team and have new experiences outside the school environment.
🌲 Nature trail “Safe Forest” – an educational nature walk
At the beginning of the excursion, students go on a nature trail “Safe Forest”, where they explore the forest environment and learn about the different dangers they can encounter in nature. It is a practical and valuable learning activity that helps students to better understand how to behave in the forest and how to be careful when hiking or relaxing in nature.
The walk takes place in a scenic environment, so it is also a good opportunity to exercise, take a break from the daily school routine and spend time outdoors with the class.
🔨 Jewellery workshop – hands-on work with your hands
In the creative part, students take part in a jewellery workshop where everyone can create a special memento with their own hands. Participants have the opportunity to forge their fortune and hope for luck in the form of a keyring or to carve their resolution into a special necklace.
This workshop is particularly valuable because the pupils do not just listen and watch, but are active themselves. As a result, everyone takes home a souvenir of the excursion that they have created.
🥞 Pancake baking – a delicious end to the excursion
At the end of the excursion, the students will enjoy a pancake bake. It’s a hearty and hands-on activity that usually becomes one of the favourite moments of the excursion.
Cooking together helps to bring the group together, creates an informal atmosphere and allows students to end the day on a positive note.
