The Baltinava Museum consists of 2 buildings – one part of the building was built in 1928 by the lawyer Strazds as his personal home, and the other part was built in 1984 as an extension to the kindergarten. The museum offers an exposition on the history of the parish, its inhabitants, 20th century household objects and tools, ethnography, and a memorial exposition of the Maslenki tragedy. In the museum you can learn about Baltinava life, local dialect, try your hand at putting together a puzzle of Baltinava or nearby villages. The museum offers excursions to Baltinava village and its surroundings – “Baltinava street stories”, “Get to know Baltinava”, “Echoes of history in Grīvas forests”, hiking-expedition “Ancestors come through times”.

• “Honorary Family Card” ( 3+ Family Card) holders 50% discount from the basic price: adults – 1,50 €, children – 0,50 €.
