Your master class will be led by Ilze, the creator of Caps! chocolate—a professional master chocolatier who is fluent in Latvian, English, and Russian. Ilze will enthusiastically share all the secrets of chocolate and help each participant create their own delicious work of art.
Plus, at Caps! Chocolate House, you can always enjoy homemade, freshly baked treats—butter croissants with various fillings, sweet and savory tarts, cakes and pastries, as well as delicious fruit and seed bread. Description:
In this family-friendly workshop, parents and children paint their own chocolate bars (dark, milk, or white), decorate them with dried fruit, nuts, and various sprinkles, and work together to create a collection of 20 fruit and berry truffles. Ilze, the host of Caps!, will explain the journey of chocolate from bean to treat.
Duration: 1.5 hours
