The spring water flows from the bottom of a large boulder at 120 l/min. The water temperature averages +6 °C. Brown silt on the rocks – organic sand particles washed from Devonian rocks. Slope height 11,5 m. The spring has a head of 8 m.

There is a seating area (fireplace, gazebo, camping). The staircase steps are decorated with 18 different stories about happiness, created by the people of Gulbene.
