We produce ice cream made from natural ingredients, with an emphasis on Latvian flavours – strawberries, blackcurrants, rhubarb, sea buckthorn, cherries, rye bread, malt, apples, lingonberries and more and more.

Siguldas saldējums is a family-run business established to promote joy, healthy eating and an active lifestyle. Siguldas ice cream is based on carefully developed, tested recipes, using specially sourced, natural ingredients. At least 10 Latvian flavours can be tasted at the same time in the ice cream café, but in total the company has developed and produces 18 different types of ice cream and sorbets (vegan).
