ADVISITION

The museum has three exhibitions:

• The First Folk School in Latgale for Peasant Children – we offer you to try your hand at lettering, exercise your mathematical mind at the number tables, try your finger dexterity at the typewriter keyboard and, sitting at the loom, weave a colour scheme into a rag blanket. Groups can learn a lesson (cursive writing, maths, science, crafts).
• Ancient farmhouse. Here you can see old working and household objects and take part in the museum education programme “From Grain to Bread” (20 minutes).
• Exhibition hall.

• Routes are offered according to visitors’ interests – sacral heritage, craftsmen, culinary heritage, etc.,
• cycling route 36 km in 4 hours. (suitable for primary and secondary school pupils).
