Biksēre Manor, formerly known as Libe Manor, is located on Wedding Hill, next to the picturesque Libe River gorge. The manor is surrounded by a 13-hectare park with hundred-year-old linden and oak trees. The manor buildings date back to the time of Magnus the lord of the manor. Baron Eberhard von Mangus is described by the people as a very cruel man, perhaps that is why the manor park has the “Vaimanu Gate”, the “Valley of Death” and a stone on which you can still see the bloodstains of peasants beaten in the manor.

The manor house houses the Sarkani municipality administration, and the barn houses a private museum of antiquities (owner Andris Trečaks). The manor park is home to large-scale sculptures created by participants of wood sculpture symposia. The manor and the park are the property of the Sarkani parish administration.
