* Visitors can learn about the life, impressions and inspirations of the choir conductor Haralds Medņš (1906-2000), his love of song, feel the magic of the Song Festival, listen to the choir’s repertoire of songs, try their conducting skills and put themselves in the conductor’s shoes, look back at the history of the Song Festival and, of course, feel free to sing something for everyone’s pleasure!
* One of the exhibition rooms houses the “Song Festival Cupboard”, which collects Song Festival materials, memories and songs. “The aim of the Song Festival School is to revive this place steeped in history, to bring together people of all ages from Latvia and around the world, to educate and introduce them to the rich and inspiring cultural heritage of the Song and Dance Festivals.

* Family ticket (1 or 2 adults with 1-5 children up to 18 years old) – 3 EUR

* Free admission – pre-school children, families with many children, students and teachers of music and art schools of Madona region, orphans and children without parental care.
