In the southern part of Meteliai village, the Meteliai lookout tower rises 15 metres . This unique structure, which resembles a twisted bundle of reeds, offers a panoramic view of Lake Meteliai, the village of Meteliai, the Kemsine meadows and a narrow stretch of Lake Duce. During the warmer months, flocks of swans, black divers and ducks can be seen in the bay of Lake Meteļi. Together with the nearby Kemsine meadows, the lake is a bird paradise.
