the 2.8 km long hiking trail, located near the town, is popular with locals and visitors from afar. The information board at the trailhead gives an overview of basic forestry concepts. On the forest trail you can learn about various forestry and nature conservation topics, admire the tranquillity of a 160-year-old forest and the ancient alders by the river.

Next to the trail, by the Pärnu River, there is a campfire area with a shelter and barbecue grills, as well as tables and benches for a pleasant rest. The riverbank here is also a popular fishing spot.
