The old Soviet-era Border Guard Observation Tower has been restored and is now open to the public during the summer season, during daylight hours. From the 20 m high tower you can observe ships and yachts at sea through stationary binoculars, and the binoculars are also great for bird watching.

Open from 1 April to 31 October.
