The Museum “Jews in Latvia” offers CLASS, EXCURSION OR DIRECT ACTIVITIES for schoolchildren:

The museum tells the story of one of Latvia’s minorities – the life, history and culture of the Jewish community in Latvia from the 16th century to the present day.

🎓 Lessons for schoolchildren

  • 1.for grades -4 – “My Relatives”
  • 6.-8th grades – “Jewish traditions and festivals”, “Find in the museum”
  • 9.-12th grades – “Notable Jewish personalities in pre-war Latvia”
  • 8.-Grades 12 – “Cultural diversity, stereotypes and prejudices”
  • 9.-12th grades – lesson in Riga Art Nouveau Quarter “Riga Art Nouveau Stories”
  • 9.-Grades 12 – “Girls’ stories about life and the Holocaust”
