Remte Manor Castle is surrounded by a large (26 ha) landscape park created at the beginning of the 19th century, with diverse planting, ponds and a canal system. The park contains several sculptural monuments: the Hunting Tower (restored in 2015), where breakfast was eaten in the time of the counts, the Bear Hut, where the bears purchased by the counts were housed, the Gazebo, the Chamber of Trees and the artificially created Love Island.

The Love Oak (5.3 m in circumference), popular with newlyweds, grows at the edge of the park. Next to the park is Remte Lake (75.5 ha), from which the Viesata River flows.

On the shore of the lake you can see the Bathing Tower built in the mid-19th century in neo-Gothic forms.
