🍬 “Butterscotch” masterclass
Pupils will take part in a sweet adventure – they will learn how real butterscotch is made and have the chance to try their hand at making it themselves. Of course, there will be a tasting!

🏰 Rundāle Palace Museum
The excursion will continue with a visit to Rundāle Palace, one of the most outstanding monuments of Baroque and Rococo architecture in Latvia. The magnificent halls, historical exhibitions and spacious French gardens will allow students to discover the lifestyle of the 18th century.

🌾 Ribbe Mill and the Rožmalas Leisure Complex
At the end of the day, students will visit the unique Ribbe Mill – the only mill of its kind in the Baltics. Here you can learn about the bread’s journey from grain to loaf and enjoy active recreation in the complex.
