A butterscotch masterclass is not just about making sweets. It’s an exciting, educational experience where children:

🚗 Bauska Motor Museum (Derpeles iela 2, Bauska)
Two adventures in one excursion!
The group (15-55 persons) divides into two parts, if necessary: one part makes caramels with master caramel-maker Ieva, the other part explores the Motor Museum exhibition with a guide. The groups then change.
Programme (~2 h):
- Caramel making
- Educational story about sugar
- Guided tour of the museum
- Caramels to take away
Price per person:
- from 7 years – 14 EUR
- adults – 16 EUR
- Free for teacher and driver
It is also possible to choose just the masterclass without the museum (prices EUR 11).

📍 Butter Caramels in the House (Vecsaules parish, ~10 min from Bauska)
A cosy, aesthetic environment where the real Butter Caramel is made.
Each student has his/her own workplace and full participation.
During the masterclass we serve a seasonal drink:
- refreshing lemonade in summer;
- in winter, a warm buckthorn or quince drink.

🏰 Rundāle Springs (next to Rundāle Castle)
Sweetness meets culture.
Programme (2-3 h): caramel masterclass + visit to Rundāle Palace.
(Groups of more than 30 persons are divided into two parts.)
Price: 11 EUR/person
Minimum group fee: 200 EUR
