The Beech Tree Sightseeing Tours are an educational wayfor schoolchildren and families to see Latvia’s most majestic trees – oaks, lindens, pines and other giants of nature – up close. On these excursions, participants learn about the age, species and ecological importance of trees, as well as their role in folk songs, legends and local culture.
