The park has playgrounds for children of all ages, roller-skating and pedestrian paths, a skate park, streetball courts, cafés, parking, toilets. The park is open all year round. In winter, cross-country skiing is available.

In mid-May 2010, an observation tower was opened in Dzintari Forest Park, complementing the rest of the park’s offer and diversifying recreational opportunities. The viewing platform is 33.5 m high. The tower has 12 balconies. It is open to the public free of charge during the opening hours of the forest park.
