The highest point of Mount Dzērve reaches 203.5 m asl. At the top of the hill there is a 27-metre-high observation tower, which is open to visitors 24 hours a day. It offers a wonderful view of the Alūksne and Haanja highlands, the beautiful lakes of the Kornetu – Peļļu ravine and, in good weather, the highest peak in the Baltic States – the Great Munamägi in Estonia.
