ABOUT US

Dino Zoo is the largest pet and pet shop chain in Latvia, with pet clinics, pharmacies, grooming salons and dog schools.

Our aim is to:

• create awareness among children about the world of animals and the diversity of species;
• promote a sense of responsibility and duty;
• educate about different groups of pets, their care, maintenance and feeding;
• inform children about professions related to the animal world.

Excursions take place at Dino Zoo Pasaule – 52 Krasta Street, Riga

Excursion programme:
– Meet the animals that live in Dino Zoo Pasaule – fish, reptiles, small animals, rodents and birds. We will educate children about the animals’ characteristics, needs, eating habits, keeping conditions and tell them interesting facts about them. You will also have the opportunity to hold or pet one of the animals under the supervision of experienced DINO ZOO staff and, of course, have your photo taken.
– DINO ZOO PASAULE supermarket is home to the largest marine aquarium in the Baltics, home to a myriad of colourful and exotic fish. We will tell the children various interesting facts about the marine aquarium and there will also be time to take photos with its inhabitants.
– Fun DINO ZOO quiz about pets, their care and feeding.
– DINO ZOO FRIZZETAVA will give you a little insight into the process of combing, washing, drying dogs/cats and why it is necessary.
– At DINO ZOO ARENA we will show you the spacious rooms where dogs are trained and tell you why dogs need to go to school too.
– At DINO ZOO CLINIC we will show you how vets work to take care of the health of our pets.

Target age:
– 5-6 years (groups of up to 20 children);
– 7-10 years (groups of up to 20 children);
– 11-14 years (groups of up to 20 children).

Tour price per group (up to 20 persons):
5-6 y.o.: 1 h price 100 EUR;
7-10 y. 6-6 years old: 1 h price 100 EUR;
11-14 years old: 1 h price 100 EUR
