One-day excursion in Cesis

Spend an exciting and educational day taking part in health-enhancing activities, experiencing the creative process together and getting to know the birthplace of Eduard Veidenbaums. This excursion is suitable for students of all ages and gives you the opportunity to both learn and actively participate!

Excursion plan (6 hours):

1. Creativity workshop “Kalāči” (1,5h )
   We will visit Eduard Veidenbaums’ birthplace “Kalāči”, where students will take part in an educational and creative workshop to discover the life and inspiring works of the famous poet.
2. Transfer to the Bread House ( 15 min)
3. Pie baking and lunch at the Bread House ( 1,5h)
   We will take part in a joint sweet and savoury pie baking and enjoy delicious dishes prepared by the hosts – tasty pies and warm soup.
4. Transfer to the Eagle Rocks ( 20 min)
5. Physical activities on the Eagle Rocks ( 1,5h)
   Let’s explore nature and strengthen our health by taking part in physical activities on the Eagle Rocks, where we will be inspired to live a healthy lifestyle and feel positive emotions.

Cost per student (minimum group of 20 students) – €30, price includes:

• Kalāci Museum with lesson
• Eagle cliffs
• Bread house with pie baking and soup lunch

Additional costs for organising the excursion: € 75.00

Number of participants:

Minimum 20, maximum 40 persons.
