The bakery “Lāči” bakes natural and high-quality bread and original pastries, honouring, nurturing and developing the centuries-old traditions of the masters. If you want to go on a tasty adventure where you can see how real rye bread is made, then we are waiting for you.

Interactive-educational excursion for schoolchildren:

Programme:

• A story about the bread-making process from sowing the grain to flour;
• An introduction to the baker’s work and tools;
• A story about the valuable properties of rye bread;
• Product tasting;
• Everyone will make their own delicious bread bun and sweet basket;
• Joint team exercises and interactive games;

Price – 8 euro/person. + 3 accompanying persons free of charge. We can accommodate up to 30 persons per group and offer excursions in ENG and RU – +20 euro for interpreter service.

Price – 6 euro/person + 3 accompanying persons free of charge. We accept up to 30 persons per group and offer excursions in ENG and RU – +20 euro for interpreter service.

A great idea for anniversaries or parties with friends, where little chefs can prepare: – Delicious, juicy pizza; – Melt-in-your-mouth meringue cake; – Unique muffin (cottage cheese pocket or cinnamon bun).

Along with the preparation of the delicacies, we will also introduce you to the way of making the Lāču bread, ancient tools, sourdough starter and finished Lāču products. Activity duration 1.5h, price 13 EUR per person, minimum number of participants 5 persons, maximum 15-20 persons.

Pizza party:

A great idea for anniversaries or get-togethers with friends, where little chefs can make: – Delicious, juicy pizza; – Unique muffin (cottage cheese pocket or cinnamon bun).
