ABOUT THE MUSEUM
The residential house of the poet Vilis Pludonis (1874-1940) houses an exhibition dedicated to his life and works, while a family of hares created by a woodcarver welcomes guests at the Hares’ Bathhouse. The Plūdonis Trail along Mēmele leads to the poet’s favourite workplace at the Jautrā brook. In 2017, the museum was enriched with a restored coach house and a barn.
