ABOUT US

APKALNMĀJAS is a craftsmen’s workshop where you can get acquainted with the products of various craftsmen, local Latgale artisans – wood, clay, textiles, leather.

OFFER

Educational guided tour – heritage of traditional lifestyle of Latgale, visiting the exhibition hall and crafts workshop, acquaintance with harnesses – duration 40 minutes. Guided tours in Latvian, Russian and Latgalian.

Creative programme – making a leather pendant/ring. Duration of the programme depends on the number of participants.

The offer is open to pupils of all ages.

Guided tour:

• EUR 2.00 per person,
• EUR 1.50 for a group of 25+,
• free for accompanying teachers and driver.

Creative programme:

• EUR 1.50 per person
• for groups of 25+ EUR 1.00

ADDITIONAL OFFER

10 tent pitches available – tenting on mown lawn. Water from a well, dry toilet, campfire, Wi-fi. Price EUR 2,00/person.

Picnic hut for up to 30 people. Electricity, kettle, fireplace, terrace. Fireplace, possibility to cook porridge, bake sausages, pancakes. Preferred time of use – spring, summer, autumn.

Rooms for seminars and other events for up to 25 people. Available all year round.
