The picturesque Pedele Nature Trail runs along the banks of the Pedele River. Walk along it and climb Putraskalns, which offers a view of Valka and Valga from its pergola. The trail continues across the border and includes the neighbouring town’s recreational trails and the river beach strip. The trail has walking paths, a gazebo with a view of Valka and Valga, and benches for relaxation.
