The Rauna Mill Lake is located in the Mill Ravine, behind Tanis Hill. The Līčupe River flows into the Raunas River at this point. The flow of the rivers has created a pond, on the banks of which a mill was once built and operated. It is listed as a protected cultural monument. The Rauna Watermill was built in 1883. In 1900, a steam engine was installed in the Raun watermill as an additional motive power. For several years, the old watermill was used to generate electricity.
