Field trips, creative workshops and entertainment at school!

✅ How do you choose the most suitable outreach session?

When planning a field trip for a school or nursery, it is important to choose a programme that suits the children’s age, interests and the aim of the event. Educational STEM, natural sciences and cultural programmes are ideal for supplementing lessons, whilst creative workshops, theatre performances and active team games are ideal for class bonding or celebrations.

📋 Before booking a session, it is advisable to find out:

  • 📍 In which Latvian towns and regions are off-site lessons offered?
  • 👧 Which age groups is the programme suitable for?
  • 👥 How many participants can take part at the same time?
  • ⏰ How long does a session last?
  • 💶 What are the costs of the sessions and the on-site visits?
  • 🏫 What premises, equipment or outdoor space are required?
  • 📅 Is it possible to organise several sessions for different classes on the same day?
  • 🎓 Is the programme eligible for state or local authority funding?

🌟 An educational adventure right here at school

Off-site lessons offerpupils a convenient way to add variety to the learning process and organise a special event without having to arrange transport for the whole class. They can help save time spent travelling, whilst providing pupils with new knowledge, practical experience and positive emotions.

🎉 Take a look at the offers, choose a programme that interests you and invite these exciting activities to your school or nursery!

How do you organise an off-site lesson at school?

When planning an event, first choose a programme that is suitable for the pupils’ age and the learning objective. Some sessions can be held in a standard classroom, whilst others require an assembly hall, sports hall or school playground.

Before finalising arrangements with the organiser, it is advisable to clarify:

  • Venue: whether the service provider will come to your school and in which regions of Latvia they operate.
  • Number and age of participants: how many pupils can take part in a session at the same time.
  • Duration: how long the programme lasts and whether it is possible to organise several sessions in a row.
  • Venue and equipment requirements: whether an electricity supply, a projector, tables or additional space for activities is required.
  • Prices: what is the price of the session and are there any additional charges for transport or materials?
  • Funding: is the programme in question available with state or local authority support?

An exciting school day without long rides

Off-site sessions offer the chance to supplement everyday learning with practical experience, whilst saving time that would otherwise be spent on rides. Science experiments, robotics, creative workshops, performances and team games can turn an ordinary school day into a special event.

Choose the most suitable offer from the list and contact the organiser to agree on the programme, venue and date.
